Community focused pharmacy services provider appoints Contracts Manager

MedicX Pharmacy, part of the MedicX Group, has announced the appointment of Vicki James as Pharmacy Service Contracts Manager. Vicki will help deliver MedicX Pharmacy’s objective of becoming a leading community focused pharmacy services provider throughout the UK, by securing new and relocated pharmacy contracts, to further enhance its existing pharmacy portfolio. 

Vicki joins from Lloyds Pharmacy, where she managed the NHS contracts team for over eight years, raising the profile of the business through a significant period of change. With a strong strategic and core knowledge of the pharmaceutical business, Vicki will also be responsible for developing new professional service models for implementation by MedicX Pharmacy and respond to NHS and private tenders.  

MedicX Pharmacy is a transformational, community focused pharmacy services provider supplying pharmacy services to local communities via its pharmacy network across the UK. It aims to enhance the experience of its patients by working with a range of healthcare professionals to provide a joined up, community focused pharmaceutical service.
